Chris has long had a passion for helping others succeed, thrive and meet life’s challenges head on. Throughout his career, Chris has worked closely with the people around him and served effectively as a leader, coach and confidant to hundreds of financial advisors, clients and employees.

Entry into Coaching & Consulting
With dual careers in the fields of psychology and financial planning, Chris realized he had a lot to offer from his psychology, management, executive and business experience. He is currently a highly trained coach and consultant working with Financial Advisors, C-Level Executives, Executive Directors, Senior Management Teams and Business Owners.

A Unique Set of Skills
Chris brings a unique set of skills to his clients. He has worked in education, helped build two highly successful investment businesses, been closely involved in three successful M&A’s, and has extensive experience in the areas of human resources, marketing and all facets of growing businesses from humble beginnings. Chris has always been in senior management and leadership positions, including being a President, CEO.

From these different career and life experiences, Chris brings first-hand knowledge and experience in navigating the highly competitive corporate world, what it takes to build, grow and sell businesses, how to effectively manage and motivate senior teams and how to plan for, and act upon an exit strategy when the time is right. Chris’ track record of success offers his clients the best of both words; Business coaching and consulting.

A Wealth of Experience
Previously, Chris enjoyed a nearly 30 year career in the financial services business where he and his partners built a nationwide investment planning firm. Simultaneously, Chris also founded and grew a financial planning practice that he jointly owned with his wife and business partner. Their practice focused on helping clients manage their wealth and plan for retirement.

Chris’s early career as a school psychologist served as a solid foundation in the areas leadership, communication and organizational development.

Most recently, Chris and his wife/business partner sold their highly regarded financial planning practice. This was a very successful transaction, and both he and his wife are now enjoying the new chapters in their lives.
